Ascencion: The Soul's Journey Home.

I know that I am a spiritual being having a human experience. Throughout my life, I’ve had countless profound experiences — all designed to awaken me to this truth. To help me remember what I truly am: an unlimited, eternal being living in a reality of illusion — though it feels incredibly real.

So, what is the process of ascension?

When we incarnate as souls into these physical vessels — our "meat suits," our home for this lifetime and perhaps others — we agree to forget who and what we truly are. We choose to forget that we are divine, connected to all of creation, that we are Source itself projecting into form to experience itself through us.

The journey of ascension is the path of remembering, of raising our vibrational frequency, and elevating our consciousness to move into higher dimensional experiences — all on the journey back to Source.

As we peel back the layers of conditioning and programming, releasing lower vibrational emotions such as fear, separation, anger, control, hate, and lack, we begin to create space within our being to hold higher frequencies. This shift transforms our perspectives, the way we operate in this world, and the way we relate to ourselves and others — ultimately awakening us to our true, divine selves.

We are multidimensional beings, existing in many realms and lifetimes simultaneously. Right now, one aspect of our soul is projected into this body, living this earthly life. But there are infinite other expressions of us across dimensions and universes.

You can feel that there is a mass awakening of consciousness happening on Earth right now. We are remembering. We are rising with the frequency of Earth.

The Schumann Resonance, which is the natural heartbeat frequency of Earth (around 7.83 Hz historically), has been spiking to much higher frequencies in recent years — a sign that Earth itself is ascending. And as Earth’s vibration rises, we too must rise with her if we want to continue to experience this next version of Earth — often referred to as New Earth.

This New Earth has been spoken of for thousands of years, as far back as ancient civilizations, and extensively by visionaries like Dolores Cannon, a renowned past-life regressionist. Through her thousands of client sessions under deep hypnosis, Dolores brought through incredible information about the shift in consciousness, the splitting of Earth into higher and lower vibrational realities, and the opportunity for souls to choose ascension.

Channelers around the world today are receiving similar messages — that this shift is happening now, and it’s up to each of us to do the inner work to align with it.

Even ancient civilizations like the Mayans spoke of these times. Interestingly, the Mayans disappeared mysteriously, and some believe they ascended into a higher dimension, shifting beyond what we can perceive with our current physical senses. Just as animals perceive frequencies we cannot, it’s possible they are still here — just vibrating in a reality our senses can no longer detect.

Personally, I have remembered my multidimensional nature. I’ve had out-of-body experiences, near-death experiences, and traveled into other lifetimes — as a Viking, as a dragon being, as feline-like creatures, and even into my own mother’s womb. I’ve experienced profound awakenings through channeling light languages, activating powerful transformations within myself.

Plant medicines and altered states of consciousness have shown many of us that there is far more to this reality than we perceive daily. These states give us a glimpse into the frequencies and realms that coexist with us, yet remain unseen in ordinary states of awareness.

So why are we here?

We came as souls to ascend. This is the deeper purpose of Earth: to remember our divinity and choose to raise our consciousness. We are working our way back through the dimensional experiences toward Source, integrating the profound teachings Earth offers.

Ultimately, we are here to create Heaven on Earth — a reality of unconditional love, prosperity, and freedom for all souls who choose this path.

How do we get there?

By individually choosing love — in every moment.

Every time you feel anger, resentment, hatred, lack, loneliness — pause, tap into your heart, and choose love. Choose connection. Choose growth. Choose to evolve as a soul and embody a higher vibrational version of yourself.

It begins by recognizing that everything you’ve experienced has been for your soul’s growth, that you chose these experiences to awaken, to remember. This awareness leads to forgiveness and compassion for yourself and others, releasing judgment and blame, and creating inner peace.

I believe — and deeply feel — that we will witness a dimensional shift in this lifetime, moving into the fifth dimension: a world of unity, peace, freedom, and harmony, where every being is free to express their divine nature fully.
